To celebrate the third anniversary of the Hilton Hiroshima Hotel's opening, Bar & Lounge ZATTA will be offering a special anniversary signature course as a token of appreciation from the chef.The seven-course meal, which uses carefully selected ingredients such as red sea bream from the Seto Inland Sea and domestic beef fillet, is a collection of exquisite dishes that highlight the chef's skill and attention to detail.You can upgrade your main dish to the Rossini style with foie gras.
